CAUTION: Fish oil can increase acne of the chest/back.
Growing up my skin has always been pretty lame, and after adding some multivitamins, and other supplements, it got super lame. After some brief investigation, it looks like Fish Oil could be the cause.
I’m off-the-fish for a couple weeks now and things are looking better (clearer).
